COMPANY INTRODUCTION

Crystal Tech was officially established in October 1991. In the early stages, the company served traditional industries, including the wire and cable industry, the textile industry, and lining bricks (wear-resistant pieces) for thermal power generation. The main goal was to help domestic customers reduce their reliance on imported goods.

In 1999, the company began transitioning to produce critical components for the fluid industry. In 2004, we built our own plant at the current location, invested in significant equipment, and actively pursued ISO9001 certification, marking a pivotal year in our company's development history.

The following year, in 2005, the company introduced materials and components manufacturing for the TFT panel and semiconductor industries. We adopted a Near Net Shape trimming process for material supply, optimizing the external dimensions of the fired green bodies and significantly reducing the time required for fine grinding and processing. In 2008, we first introduced the Toyota Production System (TPS) from Japan, implementing visual management combined with a store-based production process. This allowed us to modularize the production line for optimal output efficiency, significantly improving shipping efficiency and yield rates, and smoothing the production rhythm for easy walk-around management of the overall production process.

To respond to the development trend of Industry 4.0 intelligent production, in 2019, the company began paperless on-site reporting and introduced a Bar Code real-time reporting system. This system collects production information for statistical analysis to achieve optimal production management decisions.

From early 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic began to ravage various regions, gradually causing a significant impact on the global economy. Although our company's revenue reached a historical high in 2022, we could not remain unaffected by the broader environment and began to feel the impact. In our pursuit of overcoming challenges, the management team started participating in courses from "Lingye International Education Academy" in 2023, aiming to build employee performance actions and create a shared mission for the corporate team, moving towards the goal of becoming a top champion team.

Since 2011, the company has gradually acquired land for expansion to enlarge the production scale. Construction of the new plant will begin at the end of 2024, with completion scheduled for 2027.
